LS-Series Linear StagesWeb Link
The LS Linear Stages are drive by closed-loop DC servomotors that uses a high-resolution rotary for position feedback to control its motion and final position. This provides < 0.1 µm resolution and which can be increased by adding a Linear Encoder to 10nm. The stages features precision lead screws, utilize crossed-roller slides, and is available in three models with 50 mm, 100 mm, and 200 mm travel.

The PZ-2000 XYZ microscope stage features high resolution, and highly repeatable, control or the X, Y, and Z position by the use of closed-loop DC servomotors with high-resolution rotary encoders for positioning feedback. Also available as a manual stage for XYZ control.
Low Mass XY stageWeb Link
